Verizon Communications on Monday, said that it would package streaming subscriptions to Netflix and the Max platform, which is owned by Warner Bros. Discovery, for its subscribers.
Starting on Thursday, Verizon “myPlan” customers can choose to subscribe to the ad-supported Netflix and Max plans for a total of $10 per month.
This is the newest addition to Verizon’s “myPlan” plan, which enables customers to sign up for $10 a month to access streaming services from Walt Disney, Apple Music, Walmart+, and other companies.
In an effort to entice customers, telecom companies are teaming up with streaming services more frequently. On the other hand, streamers see these alliances as a means of drawing in viewers.
