Samsung Electronics is advancing its AI efforts with Vision AI, a new suite of features for its premium TVs.
The AI-powered screens can identify on-screen content, perform real-time translations, and create personalized background images.
Equipped with built-in AI processors, the top models will also enhance visuals by analyzing content, boosting colors, contrast, and optimizing audio, the company announced at CES in Las Vegas on Sunday.
“Samsung sees TVs not as one-directional devices for passive consumption but as interactive, intelligent partners that adapt to your needs,” SW Yong, head of the company’s visual display business, said in the statement.
Samsung Electronics, the global leader in TV sales for nearly two decades, announced plans to collaborate with Microsoft and Google.
These partnerships will enhance its Vision AI suite with advanced capabilities from both tech giants, further driving innovation in AI-powered solutions.
