SpaceX has secured another major compute agreement ahead of its highly anticipated IPO, this time with Google, according to a regulatory filing released on Friday.

Under the arrangement, Google will pay SpaceX $920 million per month from October 2026 through June 2029 in exchange for access to approximately 110,000 NVIDIA GPUs, CPUs, memory systems, and related computing infrastructure.

The agreement mirrors a large-scale compute deal announced by SpaceX with Anthropic in late May.

Under that contract, Anthropic committed to paying $1.25 billion per month through 2029 to utilize the full available capacity of the Colossus 1 data center near Memphis, Tennessee.

The facility was originally built by xAI, now part of SpaceX, to support its artificial intelligence operations.

In a statement, Google said the agreement was driven by stronger-than-expected demand for its recently launched artificial intelligence products.

“Google Cloud and SpaceX are long-time partners,” a Google spokesperson said, adding that the company required additional computing capacity to support growing customer adoption of its AI services.

“This is a short-term, timely agreement to ensure we have bridge capacity to meet surging customer demand for our agent platform, Gemini Enterprise, which has been even higher than we expected.”

SpaceX disclosed the agreement just one week before its shares are expected to begin trading on the Nasdaq, adding further momentum to investor interest ahead of the company’s landmark public debut.

The announcement underscores strong demand for SpaceX’s rapidly expanding AI infrastructure business, with the Google agreement following a similar multi-billion-dollar compute partnership signed with Anthropic in late May.
