The EFCC’s spokesman, Mr Wilson Uwujaren, disclosed this in a statement on Saturday.

Owing to the efforts of the Council in recovering the withheld funds, the  Secretary of NHIS, Prof. Muhammad Sambo, had on July 29, 2021, commended the EFCC.
