Anthropic on Wednesday stated that login success rates for the chatbot had stabilised and that it was working to fully resolve the issue.
The company had earlier reported that it encountered elevated error rates affecting its Claude chatbot, application programming interface, and coding assistant, Claude Code, according to its status page.
As of 1:50 p.m. ET, all systems were operational.
Anthropic began investigating the errors at 10:53 a.m. ET, the status page noted.
Anthropic was founded in 2021 by former OpenAI researchers and executives and was valued at $380 billion as of February.
The company is best known for its Claude family of artificial intelligence models, with products such as Claude Code surging in popularity over the past year.
The startup initially found strong traction among large enterprises, as companies invest billions to integrate AI across their operations.
Anthropic now faces intense competition for enterprise market share from rivals including Google and OpenAI, which was valued at $850 billion in its most recent fundraising round in late March.
