The CEO of OpenAI, an artificial intelligence company, Sam Altman, has vehemently refuted his sister’s rape allegations in a recent lawsuit.

On January 6, Ann Altman filed lawsuits in Missouri, USA, alleging that her brother had sexually assaulted her on multiple occasions between 1997 and 2006. When she was three years old and her brother was twelve, the alleged abuse started.

Some of the claimed abuse occurred when Sam Altman was an adult and his sister was still under the age of 18, according to the lawsuit, which seeks damages exceeding $75,000. Similar statements have been made by Ann Altman on social media in the past.

One important person in the technology industry is Sam Altman. The well-known AI chatbot ChatGPT was developed by his business OpenAI and debuted in late 2022.

If the lawsuit goes to trial, a jury will hear it. It was filed in the Eastern District of the US District Court in Missouri.

Since he was 17, Sam Altman has publicly identified as “homosexual.” At the moment, he is committed to Australian software engineer Oliver Mulherin.

Prior to dating Mulherin, Altman was romantically involved with Nick Sivo, a co-founder of their startup Loopt, for nine years.

In response to the allegations, Sam Altman, his mother, and two siblings issued a united statement saying, “All of these claims are utterly untrue.”

The family further stated: “Caring for a family member who faces mental health challenges is incredibly difficult. This situation causes immense pain to our entire family.”
