Spotify has unveiled its yearly Wrapped campaign, which includes delivering individualized statistics for top-streamed artists, albums, songs, and podcasts for 2023.
This year, Taylor Swift has surpassed Bad Bunny, who had held the title for the previous three years, to become the most streamed artist globally on Spotify.
Alongside Drake, Morgan Wallen, The Weeknd, and Bad Bunny as the most streamed musicians in the United States in 2023, Swift’s fan base helped her achieve 26.1 billion streams globally since the beginning of the year.
Globally, Spotify has had over 574 million listeners since January 1. With 1.6 billion plays globally, Miley Cyrus’ “Flowers” was the most-streamed single of the year, and Bad Bunny’s “Un Verano Sin Ti” debuted as the most-streamed album for the second year in a row.
Eligible Spotify users can begin enjoying their 2023 Wrapped experience on Wednesday by using the mobile app, desktop version, or spotify.com/wrapped.
Standard features that retrieve data and display to users their personalized top artists, genres, songs, podcasts, and minutes listened will be available in this year’s Wrapped.
