Substack is launching new AI-powered tools, the business announced on Wednesday to aid the making of podcasts on the platform simpler.
“We’ve done this all using cutting-edge AI tools, and it reflects our philosophy of not thinking that this AI stuff is ever going to take the place of work done by writers and creators—but instead we think it can give writers and creators super-powers,” the company wrote in a blog post.
With the tool, users can quickly create transcripts and audiograms using these new tools.
Currently, users can utilise an AI tool to quickly write a transcript of their podcast episode or narration.
Once the transcript has been written, you can adjust it to suit your preferences. Then, on the episode post page, you can publish it in a separate tab.
Then you can choose a section to use in creating a unique audiogram that you can post on social media.
An audiogram is a little video that plays over text and audio that you may upload online. In essence, it’s a cool method to display your podcast episode.
Users must create an episode post on their dashboard in order to access the new tools.
Select a paragraph from the published transcript, then click “Make audiogram” to create the social sharing asset.
