The Vice President of the World Trade Centre in Abuja, Mr. Karim Ahmed, has stated that creative solutions are required to get over difficult economic circumstances that have an impact on the country’s business operations.

The Punch reported that the vice president made these remarks at end of year business and networking cocktail in Abuja.

He stated that company owners need to offer adaptable solutions to deal with challenges of maintaining their businesses in the face of unfavourable exchange rates, fuel subsidy removal, and currency crises.

He declared, “Almost every business in Nigeria was impacted by the overall economic climate. Although the year has been difficult, we have also made great strides, and our flexibility has allowed us to offer novel solutions.

“Over time, we have demonstrated our ability to be adaptable and flexible in response to changing environments, which is consistent with the Church Gate brand’s consistency. We possess the tenacity that has allowed us to advance.

“Traditionally, we would just give the customer space to design; however, in recent times, we have been customising solutions to meet their needs, which has allowed us to effectively manage the recently difficult landscape.”

Speaking on the theme of “Urban elegance,” which reflects the sophistication, diversity, and dynamism of Abuja’s business community, Karim said that the purpose of the event was to celebrate the year’s accomplishments and create lasting relationships with clients, partners, trade associations, and the diplomatic community, among other people, as we approach the New Year.

Ahmed disclosed the center’s intentions to offer the middle class in Nigeria widespread, reasonably priced housing options starting in 2019.

The General Manager of WTC Operations, Ibukun Adeogun, stated that the $1.3 billion World Trade Centre Abuja is now operational following years of delays and is functioning well to provide prospective customers and partners with a smooth experience.
