A group from Women In Management, Business, and Public Service paid a visit to Unilever Nigeria Plc’s Lagos headquarters to appreciate them for continuously sponsoring programs aimed at developing and empowering women leaders.
Nairametrics reported that the goal of the visit, which focused on gratitude and ongoing partnership, was to strengthen the current working relationship between the two organizations.
This collaboration has produced amazing outcomes throughout the years, opening doors for women to grow in a variety of business and leadership roles.
Through a number of creative initiatives designed to meet the various requirements of its workforce, Unilever has further demonstrated its dedication to the welfare of its workers.
The policies include six main areas: engagement efforts, people with special abilities, lactation & crèche facilities, menstrual leave, hybrid working model, and maternal and paternal leave.
Managing Director of Unilever Nigeria Plc., Tim Kleinebenne and other members of the company’s executive team cordially welcomed the WIMBIZ delegation, which was headed by Executive Director Hansatu Adegbite.
The visit was also attended by National Finance Director, Unilever Nigeria Plc, Folake Ogundipe, HR Business Partner, People Experience, Omololu Bankole amongst many others.
