Instant messaging service, WhatsApp has introduced contextual sticker suggestions. The feature is available on iOS v23.14.0.70 and Android v2.23.14.16 and later. WhatsApp users can anticipate a sticker tray to come up over the message box.
WhatsApp is developing a filter bar to make discussions easily searchable by categories. Users can filter their conversations outside of the default list based on unread, personal, and business chats. This shows that talks can be classified as personal or professional.
WhatsApp is working on a timer system that would automatically unpin pinned messages after a set amount of time. The screenshot indicates that there are only three different time periods, so a message cannot be pinned indefinitely. A message can be “pinned” by users for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
WhatsApp introduced the capability to instantly quiet incoming calls from unknown numbers earlier last month; this feature is now broadly accessible to all users. Within the security centre of the app, users can adjust their security and privacy.
