The Senator-elect for Nasarawa West Senatorial District, Ahmed Wadada, has resigned as Chairman of the Board of Directors of PAN Nigeria Ltd.

The News Agency of Nigeria reported that this information was provided to newsmen on Wednesday in Abuja in a letter that was sent to the company’s board of directors by the acting managing director of PAN.

Wadada expressed his gratitude for the company’s support and collaboration during his tenure with the board, management, and employees.

“Following the recent 2023 General Elections, I was elected as a senator to serve the residents of Nasarawa West Senatorial District, Nasarawa State.

“I am writing to let you know that I am resigning as Chairman of the Board of Directors, effective immediately.”

He claimed that this decision is a result of his intention to successfully focus on giving his people constructive representation at the 13th of June’s inauguration of the 10th National Assembly.

“I appreciate the opportunities for the company’s growth and development you all provided during my tenure, and I have enjoyed managing the affairs of this renowned company,” he said.
