Trump vows to stop migration from ‘Third World Countries’

United States President, Donald Trump, has announced a plan to severely restrict immigration, proposing an indefinite halt on migration from so-called “third world countries” and an end to all federal benefits for noncitizens.

The announcement, made on Truth Social, did not specify which nations would be affected by the ban.

The president further outlined plans to end what he termed “millions” of admissions authorised under the Biden administration.

He stated his intention to remove individuals he described as “not a net asset to the United States” or “incapable of loving our Country.”

Additional measures would involve ending federal benefits for noncitizens, “denaturalizing” those perceived as undermining domestic tranquility, and deporting foreign nationals deemed a “public charge, security risk, or non-compatible with Western Civilization.”

These comments followed an attack near the White House on Wednesday where two National Guard members were shot, one of whom later died from her injuries.

After investigators revealed the suspect was an Afghan national, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services director Joseph Edlow stated that the agency would review the status of every immigrant holding a Green Card from a “country of concern.”

The agency further announced the immediate and indefinite suspension of all immigration requests from Afghan nationals.

This move is the latest in a series of aggressive immigration measures President Trump has pursued since his return to the White House earlier this year.
