urged the government to tackle the detrimental impact of soaring electricity bills on small and medium-sized enterprises nationwide.

highlighted during the Lagos conference that excessive power costs are stifling business expansion, particularly for nano and micro businesses, according to The Punch.
“Outrageous electricity bills have become a major challenge for businesses trying to thrive and expand. If the government truly wants entrepreneurs to be successful, they must address this issue urgently,” she stated.
Adeogun highlighted her company’s corporate social responsibility initiatives, including quarterly empowerment programs for over 5,000 women and a recent collaboration with Access Bank to train 33 women in fashion design.
The Keynote speaker, founder of Braceup The Young Academy (BTY), Obasanjo Fajemirokun voiced concerns over the Federal Government’s decision to bar candidates under 18 from the West African Senior School Certificate Examination.
Fajemirokun warned that this restriction could limit Nigerian students’ ability to compete globally due to age-related barriers in international opportunities.
He also detailed BTY’s projects, such as ‘Edu-Girls Nigeria,’ which uses football to enhance girls’ confidence and academic performance, and efforts to renovate classrooms in underserved areas.
