Singapore’s Changi Airport has been crowned the world’s top airport for food lovers, according to a February 2025 report by SEO for Restaurants.
The study, which analyzed dining options at airports globally, scored Changi an impressive 87.79 out of 100, highlighting its unmatched variety of high-quality food establishments.
The research team evaluated airports based on criteria including the number of food outlets per million passengers, average restaurant ratings, and meal prices. Data was sourced from official airport websites and Google Maps.
Changi stood out for offering the highest number of unique dining options relative to passenger traffic, earning praise for its diverse and well-rated culinary scene.
The findings challenge the stereotype of lackluster airport dining, showcasing Changi as a destination where travelers can enjoy a memorable meal during layovers.
