Samsung Electronics has unveiled the world’s first 130-inch Micro RGB TV at CES 2026, introducing its largest Micro RGB display yet as it seeks to reinforce its leadership in the global TV market amid intensifying competition.
“Micro RGB represents the peak of our picture quality innovation, and the new 130-inch model takes that vision even further,” said Hun Lee, Executive Vice President of the Visual Display (VD) Business at Samsung Electronics. “We’re reviving the spirit of our original design philosophy introduced more than a decade ago to deliver an unmistakably premium display, engineered with technology for a new generation.”
The Micro RGB TV’s commanding size, next-generation colour technology and bold design underscore Samsung’s long-standing leadership in engineering excellence and premium aesthetics. Featuring a monumental frame and enhanced audio performance, the 130-inch display is designed to feel less like a television and more like an expansive, immersive window that visually enlarges the space.
The TV delivers a modern, gallery-inspired look through the Timeless Frame—a refined evolution of Samsung’s 2013 Timeless Gallery design—embodying the philosophy of “technology as art.”
Drawing inspiration from the frame of a grand architectural window, the ultra-large screen seems to float within its borders, turning the TV into an artistic centerpiece that defines the room.
The audio, integrated into the display’s frame, is carefully tuned to match the screen’s scale, creating a natural harmony between picture and sound.
Samsung drives global innovation and shapes the future with transformative ideas and technologies.
The company is redefining industries including TVs, digital signage, smartphones, wearables, tablets, home appliances, and network systems, while also advancing memory, system LSI, and semiconductor foundry solutions.
