Altman is discussing starting a new artificial intelligence startup in addition to talking about perhaps rejoining the company that created the ChatGPT bot and enhancing the governance structure of the company.
Altman, who was viewed by many as the human face of generative AI, was let go by the company’s board on Friday, shocking the tech community.
Both present and former employees were incensed by Altman’s dismissal and concerned about how the abrupt management change could impact an impending $86 billion share sale.
