Moga Factory hired Mr. Mishra in 1995 and he was given a promotion to Corporate Costing Manager for the South Asia Region in 2004.

He returned to India in 2011 as the Business Controller for Nestle Nutrition and Nestle Health Science, where he made a significant contribution to the Samalkha Factory’s successful growth and capacity expansion.
