Mutual Benefits won’t relent on customer experience improvement – Chairman

Chairman of Mutual Benefits Assurance Plc, Dr. Akin Ogunbiyi, has assured key stakeholders and the insuring company that the organisation will continue to offer improve customer services in the Nigerian insurance industry.

According to Vanguard, the Chairman made this promise at the 27th annual thanksgiving service of Mutual Benefits Assurance Plc in Lagos. He ascribed the insurer’s continued success to God’s Grace, which had been bestowed upon the company since its inception.

During the thanksgiving, the corporation also recognized 62 outstanding awardees who had made significant contributions to the organization’s expansion through their hard work.

“The blessing of God has been with the company for 27 years of its existence. God is the secret of our success. If not for God, there won’t be a company called Mutual Benefits Assurance Plc today. God has remained consistent with us these 27 years.” Ogunbiyi said this at the occasion.

Vanguard reported that the Managing Director/CEO of Mutual Benefits Assurance Plc, Mr. Femi Asenuga, expressed gratitude to God, the company’s customers, and members of the team for contributing to the growth of the business in the insurance sector thus far.
