The Federal Ministry of Work and Housing has initiated the process of examining house sales under the National Housing Program, and interested Nigerians both at home and abroad are encouraged to apply.
According to The Times, this was revealed in a statement signed by the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Works and Housing, M. Mamman.
The review procedure, according to the statement, is part of the program for new home sales, and interested candidates should obtain Expression of Interest Forms.

It said, “Interested subscribers who were offered a provisional offer of allocation that elapsed between 10th March 2022 and 18th October 2023 are free to reapply by completing the Expression of Interest Form”
The Ministry further noted that all interested subscribers can obtain free expressions of interest forms from the Ministry’s offices throughout the Federation’s 36 states and the FCT.
It was claimed that Nigerians in the diaspora can obtain the Expression of Interest form from the office of the Chairman of the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission.
“All interested subscribers must obtain Expressions of Interest Forms from the offices of the Federal Controllers of Housing and Urban Development in the 36 states of the Federal and the FCT at no cost.
“However, Nigerians in the diaspora who are interested in subscribing to the houses are to obtain their Expression of Interest Forms from the office of the Chairman/CEO of the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission.”
However, no deadline for the collection or submission of the Expression of Interest Form was specified in the statement.
