Microsoft has announced that its SwiftKey mobile keyboard app for iOS and Android will receive additional AI-powered features.
This third-party app allows users to swap out their phone’s default keyboard for a smart keyboard that adapts to your writing style so you can type more quickly.
Additionally, it will have AI camera lenses, AI stickers, an editor run on AI, and the capability to produce AI photographs directly from the app.
Users of the new AI camera lenses will be able to take pictures, movies, and GIFs with a variety of effects, including those enabled by Microsoft’s partnership with Snapchat creator Snap.
Additionally, Bing’s Image Creator, which enables users to create stickers based on their own images or selfies, also offers AI stickers.
This is not a surprise as Microsoft has been working on upgrading SwiftKey for several months. The new features on SwiftKey are available on both iOS and Android.
