The Independent Shareholders Association of Nigeria has finalized arrangements for its eighth Triennial Delegates Conference scheduled for October 30, 2025.
The conference will focus on the theme: “Nigeria, towards $1 trillion economy by 2030.”
The Minister of Finance and Coordinating Minister of Economy, Mr. Wale Edun, is slated to chair the conference and serve as the Guest Speaker.
Mr. Moses Igbrude, the National Coordinator of ISAN, released a statement listing the other high-profile speakers who will participate in the conference.
The list includes the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Mr. Olayemi Cardoso, the Commissioner for Insurance, Mr. Olusegun Ayo Omosehin, the President of the Information Security Society of Africa-Nigeria, Dr. Martin Ikpehai, and the President of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mr. Gabriel Idahosa.
According to Igbrude, the triennial conference will attract delegates of the association from its operational zones, along with various other stakeholders as participants.
He added that the key highlights of the conference will be the association’s Annual General Meeting and the elections of the national officers, among other activities.
Igbrude noted the high caliber of attendees such conferences and seminars attract, including “world class speakers, professionals, top government functionaries, capital market bodies, captains of industries and regulators.”
He concluded by affirming the association’s role in economic policy, stating: “We are actively involved in advising the government on policies relevant to the nation’s economy, more especially the capital market.”
