Emirates announced on Monday that it will equip its entire in-service fleet with Starlink WiFi, starting with Boeing 777 aircraft in November 2025 and finishing the rollout by mid-2027.
Emirates said the Starlink WiFi service will be free for all passengers across every cabin on equipped aircraft, offering one-click access with no payment or Skywards membership required.
The airline plans to install Starlink across its entire in-service fleet of 232 aircraft over the next two years.
Its first aircraft with Starlink, the Boeing 777-300ER A6-EPF, is currently on display at the Dubai Airshow, allowing visitors to experience high-speed connectivity on the ground.
Emirates’ first commercial passenger flight with Starlink will take off immediately after the Airshow.
The airline plans to equip around 14 aircraft per month, with Starlink installation on the Airbus A380 fleet starting in February 2026.
The free, ultra-fast service provides ground-level internet speeds at cruising altitude, highlighting Emirates’ long-standing commitment to industry-leading inflight connectivity.
With Starlink, passengers can stream, game, make calls, work, and browse social media simultaneously on seatback screens and personal devices, delivering a seamless connected experience across all cabin classes.
