Chinese AI startup DeepSeek has reignited its recruitment efforts, posting 10 new job openings on LinkedIn over the past week—marking its first activity on the platform in months.

The company appears to be expanding its search beyond China as it seeks top talent for roles in engineering, research, and product development.

The job listings, written in Mandarin, include three positions centered on artificial general intelligence with roles located in Beijing and Hangzhou.

DeepSeek did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

Similar positions had appeared earlier in 2025 on major Chinese recruitment platforms.

Since LinkedIn shut down its localized platform in China in 2021, many of those viewing the recent listings are likely based outside the country.
