Cadbury Nigeria Plc has announced to stakeholders and the investing public of the resignation of its Finance Director, Ogaga Ologe.
This was disclosed in a notice signed by the Human Resources Director, Wole Odubayo, and filed with the Nigerian Exchange Limited on Wednesday.
according to the notice, Ologe’s resignation as Cadbury Nigeria Plc’s Finance Director will take effect from July 22, 2024.
The statement reads “The Board of Cadbury Nigeria Plc (the Company) wishes to inform the Nigerian Exchange Limited, the investing public and other stakeholders, of Mr. Ogaga Ologe’s resignation as Cadbury Nigeria Plc’s Finance Director with effect from 22nd July 2024.
“Mr Ologe’s replacement will be announced in due course.
“The Board of Cadbury Nigeria Plc immensely appreciates Mr. Ologe’s hard work and committed service to the Company and wishes him success.”
Ogaga Ologe is a member of the board at Cadbury Ghana Limited, a subsidiary of Mondelēz International, where he provides strategic guidance and oversight on financial matters.
He is a chartered accountant with a background in physics and strong analytical skills. He has experience in financial controlling, reporting, compliance, planning, analysis, and business partnering for leading organizations in the FMCG, manufacturing, telecommunication, aviation, and IT industries.
