The President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari has reappointed Chief Emeka Ngige (SAN) as the head of the Council of Legal Education.
Independent News reported that the newly changed council, which will be formally introduced in Abuja today (Tuesday), will also include 17 nominations from the Nigerian Bar Association in addition to the 36 State Attorneys-General.
Ngige announced the reappointment while addressing the Council of Legal Education’s final meeting, which was held over the weekend at the Bwari Headquarters of the Nigerian Law School.
The members, according to Ngige, include NBA President, Yakubu Maikyau (SAN); leading Evidence Law author, Sebastine Hon (SAN); Paul Harris Adakole Ogbole (SAN), and Olufunmilayo Roberts.
