Air Peace has unveiled a special promotional offer granting travelers up to ₦600,000 in discounts on flights from various Nigerian cities to London.
The limited-time deal also includes an additional piece of luggage at no extra cost, enhancing affordability and convenience for passengers.
The airline’s Head of Corporate Communications, Dr. Ejike Ndiulo, announced the promotion in a statement on Wednesday, noting that the offer will be available until March 31, 2025, with an extended travel period until April 15, 2025.
“As the largest airline in West and Central Africa, Air Peace remains committed to providing affordable and seamless travel options while reinforcing Nigeria’s presence in the global aviation sector,” Ndiulo stated.
Air Peace has positioned itself as a key player in the region’s aviation industry, expanding routes to meet increasing demand for international travel. The airline recently launched direct flights to London Gatwick, significantly boosting travel accessibility between Nigeria and the United Kingdom.
Ndiulo emphasized that the discount initiative aligns with the airline’s mission to strengthen connections between major domestic hubs and global markets, supporting both individual and business travelers.
The airline’s Chairman, Allen Onyema, officially announced the fare discount during the Silverbird Man of the Year 2024 Awards in Lagos. As part of the event, Air Peace conducted a raffle draw, rewarding five winners with free return tickets.
Among the winners, Abodede Samuel Opeyemi, Comfort Bassey, and Folajimi Olayinka Oduyebo received return economy tickets to any domestic destination within Nigeria. Meanwhile, Osuagwu Nwamarachi and Eremu Precious won return economy tickets to London.
According to Ndiulo, Air Peace’s promotional campaign reflects a broader commitment to making air travel more affordable while driving economic growth.
“At Air Peace, we believe aviation is more than just transportation; it serves as a bridge to opportunities, a driver of economic progress, and a tool for empowerment,” Ndiulo quoted Onyema as saying.
He further reiterated the airline’s dedication to corporate social responsibility, stating:
“We are committed to connecting dreams with possibilities and making global travel more seamless for Nigerians. This initiative is a testament to our mission of improving access to international destinations while supporting economic and social mobility.”
The fare discount comes as Air Peace continues to expand its operations, positioning itself as a formidable competitor in international aviation and strengthening Nigeria’s role in global air travel.
