Air Peace airline has announced that Lagos to London flight has not been fully booked following the complaint of customers of about their inability to purchase flight tickets online.
This was disclosed in a statement by Air Peace via its official X handle on Wednesday.
Air Peace said the difficulty is a result of technical issues, adding that their IT team is working assiduously to resolve the issue.
The post read “It has come to our notice that customers are experiencing challenges when attempting to book London flights on our platforms, as they keep getting a ‘fully booked’ error notification.
“We wish to assure the flying public that our Lagos-London flights are not fully booked as our IT team is actively investigating this issue.
“We have multiple flight schedules across our entire route network-domestic, regional, and international destinations.
Also, in response to increased demand, we have augmented our capacity, and the flying public should go ahead to book their tickets via our website or through authorised travel agents.
Air Peace recently joined the international route when in a landmark achievement, it launched its inaugural Lagos to London flight.
