Adobe’s AI agent for marketing teams is now available within ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot and Databricks Genie, the company announced on Wednesday.
Amazon Quick, IBM and Snowflake are expected to be added soon.
The agent, called CX Enterprise Coworker, helps plan and execute customer experience tasks across Adobe’s marketing software. It is accessible through a plugin in ChatGPT. Adobe first made the agent generally available in June.
Adobe says the agent monitors campaign performance and trends, forecasts audience behaviour, optimises customer journeys and supports planning and project management.
It operates under human supervision and is built on two open standards for AI agents: the Model Context Protocol and Agent2Agent.
The heads engineering for the product at Adobe, Anjul Bhambhri said “Today, marketers often use AI tools in isolation, without the organizational context and domain intelligence needed to personalize every stage of the customer lifecycle.”
Adobe also introduced connectors that integrate the agent with other companies’ systems through pre-built Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers. Its partners include Amazon Ads, Demandbase, Microsoft Work IQ, RainFocus and Snowflake.
The company has also developed a connector for Meta advertising campaigns.
The integrations allow marketers to retrieve data and execute actions across multiple platforms through a single request, Adobe said.
Consulting firms, including Accenture, Deloitte Digital, EY, IBM and PwC, are developing industry-specific versions of the agent. Advertising agencies such as dentsu, Havas, Omnicom, Publicis and WPP are also incorporating their own tools into the platform.
