The chief executive officer of Accion Microfinance Bank, Mr. Taiwo Joda, has stated his commitment to developing the leadership skills of young people.
According to a statement, as part of his extensive youth inclusion drive, he held the first session of the “Leadership Thoughts program: A mind-shifting session with TJ.”
The conference was hosted in the bank’s corporate office in Lagos with the theme “Your leadership journey starts from here.”
The event, according to the statement, represented a critical turning point in Accion MfB’s objective to provide young and aspiring business owners and professionals with crucial leadership insights, methods for advancing their careers, and practical business development tactics.
Joda emphasized the significance of the occasion as evidence of Accion MfB’s mission to empower lives and develop leadership qualities among the next generation of entrepreneurs.
According to him, funding such projects will result in a more robust and creative corporate ecosystem.
The statement revealed that Joda used his broad knowledge and experiences to guide participants through a transforming experience.
He offered advice on how to deal with the difficulties of navigating the complex professional and commercial environment of today while sharing his opinions on leadership.
