The 2026 FIFA World Cup attracted some of the biggest names in entertainment and sports to stadiums across North America.
From former football stars reliving their playing days, such as David Beckham, to celebrities simply enjoying the spectacle, stars turned out in large numbers to watch the tournament.
Some attended with their children, while others remained focused on the action on the pitch.
Brad Pitt was among the celebrities spotted at several World Cup matches, often enjoying the games alongside fellow stars.
The Fight Club actor was seen wearing a blue, star-patterned jersey while watching the match between Turkey and the United States from a private suite.
Actor Colin Farrell was also in the suite, seated a short distance away in a red-and-white striped shirt.
Tom Cruise was spotted sitting alongside David and Victoria Beckham during the United States’ match against Paraguay.
Paris Hilton and her husband, Carter Reum, also turned the World Cup into a family occasion when they attended the Turkey-USA match.
The couple were joined by their two children, son Phoenix and daughter London. The family wore matching red, white and blue sparkly jerseys bearing the name “Hilton” on the back.
David and Victoria Beckham were photographed at several matches throughout the tournament, including the game they attended with Cruise.
The former football star and his wife frequently turned the matches into family bonding moments, bringing along their sons, Romeo and Cruz, and daughter Harper.
The Beckham family was also in the stands for the quarterfinal between England and Norway in July 2026.
The entire family watched as England defeated Norway to advance to a semifinal against Argentina.
England ultimately lost 2-1 to Argentina, leaving Beckham visibly emotional in the stands.
Rapper Jay-Z was also spotted at the World Cup, smiling at the camera in an all-white outfit, complete with a large white hat, while walking on the pitch during the match between Côte d’Ivoire and Ecuador.
Jessica Alba also attended the Turkey-USA match with her daughters.
The actress was photographed taking a selfie with Honor, 18, Haven, 14, and other young women inside their suite.
