MTN Nigeria has officially acknowledged and addressed a disruptive glitch that reverberated across the country, significantly impacting users’ endeavors.
The glitch, eliciting an uproar from numerous customers, created hindrances, preventing them from conducting essential business activities using their SIM cards.
In a comprehensive statement diss on social media, the telecommunications provider reassured the public that its dedicated team of engineers is vigorously addressing and resolving the underlying network issues.
According to MTN, the telecom giant stated that : “We have been experiencing challenges connecting to the network due to a major service outage caused by multiple fibre cuts, affecting voice and data services.”
The statement continues, emphasizing the active efforts of their engineers: “Our engineers are working hard to resolve with services gradually being restored in some areas.”
Acknowledging the inconvenience caused, MTN Nigeria expressed regret: “We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your patience and understanding as the team works to restore full service as soon as possible.” This multifaceted response underscores the company’s commitment to resolving the situation promptly while seeking understanding from its valued user base.
